Located in Burbank, next to Bob Hope Park and NBC Studios,The Pointe is the first of two 14 story office buildings.

Designed to be viewed from above as well as from the site itself, the LEED Gold landscape is a pattern of elliptical shapes intersected by dramatic bands of boldly colored drought tolerant shrubs.

The result is a dynamic, highly charged modern landscape with a diverse plant pallette.
