Streetscape improvements to revitalize and link the Metrolink Station to the downtown area were completed by KSA and David Denton AIA Architect after the completion of the master plan for the new Civic Center and downtown area. The design for the streetscape project is inspired by the Ciy of Rialto's history as a center for packing houses for the citrus industry.
