KSA Inc. completed a new Master Plan for a new park for the city of Long Beach Department of Parks, Recreation and Marine in 2008 and is now proceeding with design implementation.

The newly aquired 3.3 acres site at Del Amo Boulevard and Oregon avenue, adjacent to the Los Angeles river, will include two new full size soccer fields with night lighting, plaza and play area, restrooms, sustainable stormwater management, and native planting and pathways in areas adjacent to the Dominguez Gap Wetlands
