KSA developed a complete street scapes plan for the 1.2 mile business district along San Gabriel Boulevard for the City Of San Gabriel. The goals of the project included enhancing pedestrian amenities, improving pedestrian safety, and stimulating commercial activity.The project scope included engaging with local stakeholders and participating in extensive community outreach and community meetings.

The project is under a five-phased implementation program utilizing CDBG and Metro funding.
